This Policy applies to all users of GrowthOS and is incorporated by reference into your Master Services Agreement or applicable terms with GrowthX AI, Inc.
The platform is licensed for your internal business purposes only. Do not use it to provide services to third parties, build competing products, or allow unauthorized individuals access to your account or credentials.
You are responsible for all content published through GrowthOS. Read it before it goes live. If you operate in a regulated industry — insurance, healthcare, legal, or financial services — you are responsible for ensuring published content meets applicable regulatory requirements. GrowthX does not provide compliance review.
Only provide GrowthX with files, data, and materials you are authorized to share. Do not upload another party's confidential information or sensitive personal data (including health records, payment card data, or government-issued identification numbers) without a separate written agreement with GrowthX.
Content, insights, and competitive intelligence generated by GrowthOS are for your internal use. Do not redistribute, resell, or publish them as standalone products. You are responsible for how you use any competitive intelligence data collected through the platform.
Whether you access GrowthOS through a browser, API, or MCP connection, the same rules apply. Do not use automated tools or AI agents to do things your agreement with GrowthX does not permit a human user to do.
Violations of this Policy are governed by your Master Services Agreement with GrowthX AI, Inc.
