GrowthX AI, Inc. ("GrowthX AI", "we," "us," or "our") has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain (1) what personal information we collect, (2) how we use and share that information, and (3) your choices concerning our privacy and information practices.

At GrowthX, we provide a software platform to understand your brand's search ranking under popular LLM tools (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect in connection with the Services, our website(s), and any other products and/or services operated by us that link to this Privacy Policy.

Our Services are designed for businesses and are not intended for personal, family, or household use. Accordingly, we treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity. If you are a customer of GrowthX, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information or other data and information that we process on your behalf as your service provider (collectively, "Customer Data"). Our use of your Customer Data shall instead be governed by the terms and conditions of the separate customer agreement or terms of service that you have agreed to with GrowthX.

  • Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, reviews, or otherwise correspond with us online.

  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, services, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.

Information we obtain from third parties

We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as marketing partners, publicly-available sources and data providers, for the purposes of marketing products and services that may interest you, delivering personalized communications, and other similar activities. In addition, we may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Automatic data collection

We and our service providers may automatically log and combine information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interactions over time with the Services, online resources, and our communications, such as:

  • Device data, including your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.
  • Location Information: Depending on the choices you make on our site or in the mobile application, we may also collect and maintain a history of your precise location information using WiFi and Bluetooth technologies, as well as your device identifiers and GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude/longitude). If you want to prevent the collection of your device's location information, please adjust your settings in your mobile device to limit the mobile application's access to your location Information.
  • Usage data, including pages, screens and/or features you viewed, accessed and/or used, how long you spent on a page, screen and/or feature, the website you visited before browsing to the Services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page, screen and/or feature, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened or otherwise engaged with our communications, such as our marketing emails, or clicked links or files within them.

3. How we use your personal information

To operate our Services

We will use your personal information to perform our contractual obligations, when it is in our legitimate business interests or based on your consent, including to:

Please note that, prior to any response to the exercise of such rights, we may require you to verify your identity. Depending on where you reside, you may be entitled to empower an "authorized agent" to submit requests on your behalf. We will require authorized agents to confirm their identity and authority, in accordance with applicable laws. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination. In addition, we may have valid legal reasons to refuse your request, and will inform you if that is the case.

You may opt out of email communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email.

6. Where we transfer and/or store your personal information

We are based in the United States. When your data is transferred to us it will be processed in the United States and in any countries where our service providers operate their businesses. Such countries may not provide the same protections as the data protection laws where you are based. When we transfer data to these recipients, we do this on the basis of this policy, and we will ensure that relevant safeguards are in place to afford adequate protection for your personal information, and we will comply with applicable data protection laws. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information. Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not collect personal information from them. We define "children" as anyone under 18 years old. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete the information.
