This is the detailed version of the "Week 1: Kickoff and learn fast" stretch in the Growth Accelerator. By now we've done our homework, so this week is about getting your input and lining up the few things we still need from you.
The kickoff call
Plan for about an hour. The call does two things at once. We walk you through the eight-week plan so you know exactly what's coming, and we use the time to get the inputs only you have. We come in with a prepared agenda and the questions that matter, so it's a working session, not a getting-to-know-you call. We listen for the dynamics of your business that no audit surfaces.

What we deliver this week
Two things land:
- Your website and SEO audit. We ran the crawl and the audit in Week 0. This week we share the full audit and flag anything fundamentally broken, like a broken sitemap, so it gets fixed early.
- Your AI-visibility baseline. A clear starting read: here's where you show up in AI answers today, powered by CheckThat. It's the line we measure progress against.
Get publishing sorted
We document how you publish today: your CMS and what the setup looks like. We also make sure we have a path to publish, so if you ever need us to help get something live, we can. This often comes up. Sales may have covered some of this already, and Week 1 is where we nail it down.
Gather the rest of your inputs
We chase anything important you haven't sent yet: brand guidelines, style guides, product marketing, customer information, competitors. The full list is in what you bring, so we won't restate it here.
Clear any access blockers
We reiterate and knock out any remaining system access that's still outstanding, so nothing stalls week two.
Across all of it, the split is the same one that runs through the whole accelerator. We lead; you give access and the right people.
