Weeks 5-7: Build the rhythm

You start to drive. Your team runs pick, create, review, publish week over week while we coach from the side, and around week six we sit down for a progress check-in.

This is where results start to build. Your team runs the weekly routine while we coach from the side and shape next week's work ahead of you.

This is the detailed version of the "Weeks 5 to 7: Build the rhythm" stretch in the Growth Accelerator. Week 4 proved the path works. These weeks make it a habit.

The weekly loop

Every week runs the same way: pick the work, create it, review it, publish it. New pages go live and existing pages get improved, side by side.

Two tracks run at once: your team builds this week's work while we shape next week's, so you're never starting from a blank page. The pace ramps over the three weeks with a plan built for your site, since how fast you go depends on how much authority and content you already have.

This is where results start to build. Every strong page you ship and every page you improve tells the engines the same thing: this site keeps getting better and keeps putting out work people use.

We coach and watch the whole time

Your workspace never goes unwatched. We follow the work as it moves, catch where you get stuck, and surface ideas and fixes before you have to ask. Expect a regular check-in and tell us when the pace feels too fast or too slow; we'll tune the plan.

A mid-point check-in

Around week 6 we sit down for a short retro: the work so far, your experience, what's been created and published, and the early performance from those pages. It's a moment to step back, confirm momentum, and course-correct before the final stretch.

What we need from you

These weeks ask one thing: stay in the loop.

  • Run the routine. Pick, create, review, publish, week over week.
  • Keep annotating and approving. Your feedback is still how the system keeps getting sharper.
  • Answer the check-ins. Tell us what got in the way and where the pace feels off, so we can fix it while it's small.

What's next

By the end of this stretch your team runs the routine, and it gets easier every week. Next is Week 8: pick up speed and plan ahead, where the first signs show and we map what comes after.
