8 · MCP
Stage 8 of the tutorial: put your connected agent to work on the workspace.
MCP gives your AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) direct access to your workspace, the container holding everything GrowthOS knows and does for your brand, so an agent can pull scores, traffic, briefs, and research live instead of working from whatever you paste into the chat. The connection itself is a Set up step: 2.3 · Connect your agent via MCP gets you connected, and 2.4 · Fix a broken MCP connection covers the moving parts when it misbehaves.
This stage is about what to do with the connection once it works.
The tasks worth stealing first, once your agent can interrogate the workspace in plain language.
Opt in to write access so your agent can update context, build briefs, triage opportunities, and publish, not just report.
Add reusable operating instructions for workspace scoping, complete reads, and previewed changes.
