Finding what to write, deciding what is worth doing, and drafting it.
This is where work gets chosen and made. Opportunities, pages worth writing or rewriting that an agent proposes, surface the candidates; a cluster, a group of related opportunities worked as a set, commits you to a territory; and the editor turns a brief, the plan for one page, into a draft.
Accepting an opportunity is the only action that starts production, so triage is where your judgement matters most.
Opportunities are candidate pieces of work, scored and queued.
Not every opportunity means a new page.
A cluster is a territory you have decided to own: related topics you intend to cover properly rather than glance at.
